Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend — Bruce Lee

Bruce lee was a man that performed way above average at everything he did, because he never attached himself to any of it or anything at all. He was a man with a formless but highly adaptive mind. To be formless is to be able to take any shape when need be.

To seize all desires is to be free, to perceive but not to attach oneself to the things we perceive through our 5 senses. The very essence of peace is in the realization that one can never be satisfied by the physical pleasures we seek to acquire in our day to day living.

Water the mind is a state that can be attained through detachment from everything that can be perceived, to be in control of the mental faculties and our emotion. When that state is attained the mind becomes calm quiet and limitless.

The body of man is like a house inhabited by a man, the man is not the house neither is the house the man, but the man lives in the house. Just as the house needs electricity and water so that the inhabitant can function well, the body also has its needs but that does not change the fact that the man is not the house neither are you your body.

Man will always be deceived by his attachment and desires, in his mind he says to himself only if I can get that car, the new house or that girl I will be so happy and satisfied, only to be disappointed by the lack of happiness after getting it, instead all he gets for his headache is the sight of finner cars or a more beautiful house that he should chase next and the loop goes on and on.

To be free one must know thyself, not what you have been told you are not what you think you are not what you want to be or what you were, but to actually look inward and examine the true nature of oneself.

At the end of the day you are just a character playing a role, and the tragedy of it all is most people never get to consciously choose there role they just follow the pattern they have been thought by the people in there lives from age zero to five.

Life is just like a dream you never know how it started but when things get rough and you start to perceive the fakeness of the reality you force yourself to awaken.

You start to ask yourself how can I believe everything I have been thought, but the truth is, it's not a matter of believe or disbelieve its a matter of finding out your own truth. If truely you have one life its enough reason to find out your own truth.

To attain the no-mind is to free your mind, to be attached to nothing, to be able to entertain ideas without believing or disbelieving. To awaken to the fact that at the top we look different from each other and everything but underneath we are all the same and connected.

if a man has a tiny cup of understanding, when he reads a book it can hold a large amount of truth but he will only get a tiny cup of understanding. So, therefore, one must observe oneself deeply and ask for his own truth in this world of distraction(things consciously designed to throw you off course) and attraction(things designed to attract your mind and thereby keep you bound to only seek pleasure from your senses)

At the end of your reading, you would have only understood to the degree of your current understanding. To get a deeper understanding you have to raise your awareness, and repetition is the key to raising your awareness. Come back after 18hrs and reread this all over again, with the intention of getting a deeper understanding. Peace 😊
